Three months today exercising and eating great and i have reached my 4th mini goal of 20kg lost (20.8kg in total). I had no faith in myself that i could even lose 5kg, but here i am pushing even further. All of this doesn’t even seem like a diet to me anymore, it’s just a normal part of my day, like checking my emails, i have to exercise and i’m really enjoying it. I’m so genuinely happy that i’ve actually achieved something this year. 5kg more to go for my next goal before i go away in October, and i’m keen to smash it!
